- EBEasy Bab1 day ago1.0The main reason I’m giving any stars at all is because Chloe, the blonde waitress, was absolutely lovely. She had great manners, was attentive throughout, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Excellent customer service from her. Unfortunately, my experience with the red-haired manager was the complete opposite. She came across as rude, unprofessional, and gave me a dirty plate. I also felt uncomfortable because she kept looking me up and down during the visit. Overall, her attitude really affected the experience and made me not want to return while she is working there. Chloe, keep shining — your service was the highlight of the visit.

The chefs are super, staff get in the bin!

It's an absolute must-visit place if you're looking for this, serving a huge range of traditional Japanese, Chinese and Korean dishes, as well as consistently updating the menu with new items. My brother and I have a habit of visiting every month at a minimum simply just to sample the new products. Service is simple, you get allocated a table at the door, then order through the staff when you're ready and pay online by scanning a QR code on the table. Simple as that. The staff are also super friendly and very helpful with queries or concerns. It's in an ideal location in Touchwood shopping centre, right opposite the cinema. If you've never tried Wagamamas, are curious about it and want to try something new, or want to eat high quality, reasonably priced East Asian cuisine, Wagamama's is certainly the place for you.
